These are the days that make a man

pick up a pen and just blaze.

You’re amazed….never knew that I

could flow like this….Build your house

of sticks and watch it get razed.

Told you I was eclectic, eccentric, pragmatic

never static….always moving to the beat

of my own drum….You slow or what, get

with the program son….Got you twisted

in a conundrum.

Words exploding about your brain like

Thermonuclear fusion….Reality or illusion

Just a verbal intrusion on a molecular level.

Send in the clowns 1,2,3…….they didn’t make it

past the first round….Fakes and wannabees abound

My approach is stealthy they never hear a sound.

One by one their facades crash to the ground.

These are the days that make me change up my style

Deft moves and verbiage are part of the profile

Like Collie Budz  I “Come Around”

Got that lyrical “high grade” stacked by the pound.

Head spinning like you’re in a centrifuge

I have a vocabulary of WMDs that I’m not afraid to use.

Confused….. well you shouldn’t be.
